Brief History
Founded in 2019, KPM Advanced Polymers has quickly established itself as a premier blending and moulding company. We specialise in the precise and highly technical processes of Cold and Hot Compression Moulding of polymers, delivering high-performance solutions tailored to the exacting needs of our clients. From our inception, our mission has been to combine deep industry expertise with innovative manufacturing processes to produce superior polymer products that our partners can rely on.
Our true specialty lies in developing and manufacturing premium materials specifically engineered for the Reciprocating Compressor Industry. All of our material blending and compression moulding processes are conducted completely in-house at our dedicated plant located in Melbourne, Australia. Our Directors
Adam Brachaniec
Education – BE
Adam has worked in the field of polymer compression moulding for 25 years, both in an Engineering design and Production Operations capacity. He has a wealth of experience in isostatic, cold and hot compression moulding processes (CCM & HCM), but also in moulding process design for new materials. He is the primary Operational contact for KPM.
Bill Shaw
Education – BE (Mech), MBA
Bill has worked as an Engineer with reciprocating compressors since 1990. His field of expertise is very broad, with an emphasis on Production and Operations Management. However, he has a substantial grounding in the design of reciprocating compressor components, having started as a design Engineer in this field.
David Ivone
Education – BE (Mech)
David’s knowledge of compressors spans 34 years, with experience gained in design, production, procurement, specification, service/overhaul, and quality assurance. He has vast experience in the export of high-quality engineered products having dealt with most refineries and petrochemical companies in Asia on both a technical and commercial level.
